DIY Air Freshener with Essential Oils

Supplies:

Why Should You Make Your Own Air Freshener Spray?

Making your own air freshener spray is a great way to experience the health benefits of essential oils. The spray is all-natural and inexpensive because they use simple ingredients that you probably already have in your home!

What’s in the spray?

Distilled water, emulsifier, essential oils

What is an emulsifier?

An emulsifier is used whenever you want to mix two components and hopefully keep them from separating. In this craft, we will be using Witch Hazel.

One tip I have found to be helpful is that you should shake it before each use when using the product. When left sitting, oil and water separate, causing a less effective mixture of ingredients.
